This filter is old/obsolete/redundant and wasn't used by default. Only a tiny amount of people used it. Removed options to use ffdshow for decoding. These decoders are also old/obsolete/redundant and weren't used by default. There is no good reason for people to use them either. If you are stubborn, you can still enable them manually with Codec Tweak Tool after installation. The ffdshow processing filters are still available for those who need additional processing abilities. Added new options to load them in all compatible DirectShow players.
